Alex Haley return to homeport

KODIAK, Alaska - The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Alex Haley bring the ship into homeport in Kodiak after an 80 day patrol in the South Pacific Feb. 23, 2010. The crew attended Tailored Ship Training Availability and took part in a search and rescue case recovering 28 Taiwanese survivors of a shipboard fire.
